Note

Per regulations effective January 1, 2026, we will provide you with on-screen confirmation that your opt-out request has been successfully processed.
6.5 Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information
You have the right to direct Cal Auto Group to limit the use and disclosure of your sensitive personal information to only what is necessary to provide the services you have requested. Sensitive personal information we may collect includes:

Response Timelines: We will acknowledge receipt of your request within 10 business days and will respond to your request within 45 calendar days. If we require additional time (up to an additional 45 calendar days), we will notify you of the extension and the reason for the delay.
Identity Verification: To protect your personal information, we may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request. Verification may require you to provide information we already have on file, answer security questions, or submit additional documentation. We will not require you to create an account solely for the purpose of submitting a request.
Authorized Agents: You may designate an authorized agent to submit a CCPA/CPRA request on your behalf.
